A support group to help you move through the grief process.
A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.

- The RBA has two thrift stores that need volunteers. If you would like to volunteer at the thrift store, please contact the office at 256-357-2130.
- If you would like to volunteer at the food pantry there are several days to choose from.
- 1st Monday of the month to stock shelves from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM.
- Every Tuesday from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM to pack bags and take bags to the cars and/or assist with inventory.
- If you are interested in serving our community at the food pantry you can volunteer one day a month or a couple of days by calling the office at 256-357-2130.
