WMU/Mission Minded Ladies
The Women’s Mission Union/Mission Minded Ladies meet on the first Thursday of each month at 11:00am in the Fellowship Hall. We have a light lunch, enjoy each other’s company, and work on missions impacting our community and beyond. Some of the missions sponsored by WMU/Mission Minded Ladies are:
Working with the residents at local nursing homes
Partnering with DHR to support local people in need
Christmas Backpacks
Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes
Thanksgiving Meal for DHR Workers and Foster Families
Alabama Baptist Children’s Home Paper Drive
Lunch and Care Bags for WeeKids Workers
